  • 1 lb. Brussel Sprouts, choped into halves

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • For the glaze: 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1/2 lemon (juiced)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe:

  1. Begin by preparing the glaze. Add in 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 lemon juiced, and chicken broth to a bowl. Mix around well and then set aside.

  2. Heat a pan on medium/high heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Once hot, add on your chopped potatoes. Let cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Cut your chicken sausages into wheels. Chop your brussel sprouts into halves. Add them both onto the pan. Add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil on top. Stir and let cook for 5 more minutes.

  4. Add in your maple garlic glaze. Let simmer and then cook for 10 more minutes all together.

  5. Once fully cooked, remove from the pan and serve. Enjoy!
