32 oz chicken broth
1/2 yellow onion, diced
3 large carrots, peeled and diced
2 celery ribs, diced

Optional topping: drizzle of olive oil, 1 lemon (sliced into wheels for topping), dill
Recipe:
Turn a slow cooker on high heat.
Add in chicken broth, chicken breasts, chopped potatoes, chopped carrots, chopped onion, chopped celery, minced garlic, and all of your seasonings. Wait to add the lemon juice and dill until the very end.
Heat on high heat for 4-5 hours.
Take your chicken breasts out and make sure they are 165 degrees F internally. If they are, shred the chicken and then put it back into the slow cooker.
