Pear + Prosciutto Summer Salad


Ingredients:

  • 1 full bag arugula

  • 1 pear, sliced

  • 1/2 cup parmesan, shaved

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 5-6 slices of proscuitto, pan fried

  • For the dressing: 1 lemon juiced, 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, for taste


** to pan fry proscuitto, simply add the prosciotto to a dry pan and let cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat (flipping halfway through)


** to slice the pear, cut 4 pieces on each side around the core, then slice each piece into thin pieces
