This recipe only takes 10 minutes and is delicious and flavorful!
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
• 1 whole package of gnocchi (regular or cauliflower)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• Pinch of salt
• Parmesan for topping
Recipe:
1. Boil a pot of water; salt the water generously
2. On a pan, add your butter, olive oil, and all the seasnonings on medium heat
3. Once water is boiling, add in your gnocchi. Boil for 4 minutes
4. Strain the gnocchi when done and add it to your butter sauce pan. Let cook for about 3 minutes while mixing the gnocchi occasionally. This will crisp the outside of the gnocchi a bit
5. Serve on a plate and top with parm. Enjoy!
