Ingredients:
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 large container chicken broth
1/2 rotisserie chicken breast
1/2 onion
Noodles (as much as you prefer)
2 juiced lemons
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Garlic powder
Sage (to boil with)
Recipe:
Put olive oil in a Dutch oven
Add diced onions (and chopped garlic, if preferred) - let simmer for about 10 mins
Add in carrots and celery
Add in all spices (besides sage) and then add in 1/4 cup flour to make the roux. Mix around
Add in the entire box of chicken stock
Bring to a boil
Add in diced chicken (already cooked)
Add sage on top to boil
Add in noodles (mine say to boil for 14 mins)
Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes
