1 cup dry orzo
1/2 cup Carbone's spicy vodka pasta sauce (or any spicy pasta sauce works!)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan, more for topping
1/4 red onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil

Heat a saucepan on medium heat. Add on 1 teaspoon olive oil. Once hot, add on your chopped red onion and minced garlic. Let cook for 2 minutes.
Then, add in your Carbone spicy vodka pasta sauce. Let mix around and turn the heat to low. Add in your seasonings.
Once the heat has lowered, add in your heavy cream and stir around.
Once your pasta is done boiling, strain it and then add directly into your sauce. Mix around.
Add in 1/3 cup grated parmesan and mix around. Turn off the heat to the stove.
Serve and top with more grated parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
